We are so confident you will be impressed with our level of service that we are more than happy to offer you an initial 12 month service contract. After this period you may choose to walk away, but we feel you will be more likely to sign a new contract ranging from 3-5 years. We also promise to fix our hourly rates for the period of this contract.
