Liftwork Services have a range of contracts that we can offer to our customers dependant on their requirements.
We are as pleased to offer a 12 month agreement as a 60 month one, because we know that once you have experienced our quality of service you will be more than happy to prolong our relationship.
Repairs
Liftwork Services carry out all repairs to passenger and goods lifts, some of the most common problems and upgrades include the following:
- Re-roping of the main suspension ropes, compensation ropes and the overspeed governor rope
- Replacement drive sheaves, gearboxes and motors
- Car top controls
- Stop switches
- DDA Compliance
- Car operating panels, indicators and voice synthesisers
- Landing push stations and indicators
- Shaft switches
- Tapeheads, encoders
- Hydraulic repairs
- Oil changes
Refurbishment and control upgrades
Liftwork Services carry out a wide range of refurbishments and control upgrades on all types of passenger and goods lifts. All types of existing manufacturers equipment are considered. Our preferred supplier for all new controllers is the UK's leading manufacturer in the industry, International Lift Equipment. All equipment is user friendly and utilises a fault logging facility to assist engineers during maintenance visits. Types of work include:
- Closed or open loop control systems (Simplex, Duplex, Triplex, 4 car groups etc)
- Door operators
- Car interiors
- DDA Upgrades
- Machines
- Hydraulic Equipment
